Podgorica's political analysts believe that the result of
tomorrow's vote in parliament has already been determined, since
the Democratic Party of Socialists, the largest party in the ruling
coalition, and the strongest opposition Socialist People's Party
have already stated they will adopt the most important acts of the
state union.
Other opposition parties announced they would vote against the
adoption of the charter and the accompanying bill.
