"Issues that have been burdening us have been solved. I hope we are
not too late and that we can catch up with the needs of Serbia and
Montenegro's future development," Djukanovic told reporters
said.
He said he was satisfied with the draft constitutional charter and
added it reflected the spirit of the Belgrade agreement.
Djukanovic stressed that the main task of his government would be
solving social issues, aimed at accelerating Montenegro's economic
and democratic development.
The Montenegrin parliament will discuss the constitutional charter
and the law on its implementation next Thursday, parliament head
Filip Vujanovic said.
