Kostunica's cabinet issued a statement saying that the two
officials stressed the importance of completing, as soon as
possible, the "reasonable constitutional re-organisation of the
Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" and the adoption of a
constitutional charter on relations between Serbia and
Montenegro.
Papandreou, whose country chairs the EU, said Greece was ready to
support the completion of preparations for the signing of a
Stabilisation and Association Agreement between Yugoslavia and the
EU, as well as the country's admission to the Council of Europe,
notes the statement.
Papandreou yesterday also held talks with Yugoslav Foreign
Minister Goran Svilanovic and Serbian and Montenegrin Foreign
Ministers, Zoran Djindjic and Milo Djukanovic, respectively.
The Greek official previously visited Macedonia, Albania and
Croatia. Today he will visit Bosnia-Herzegovina.
