At a news conference in Mostar Tuesday Prskalo said Croat officials
in bodies of the Bosnian Federation had not sent him any information
about the donors' conference, and had been invited by a federal
minister, a Bosniak, whose name he had refused to say.
According to Prskalo, Bosnian Croats had been mostly a cover to the

participants.
The Serb and Bosniak delegations had more working material and
information, enabling them stringer connections with
international representatives.
Prskalo expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that ahead of the
conference Croat officials in bodies of the Bosnian Federation had
not organised any meeting to discuss a joint appearance.
He stressed the conference had been covered by numerous Bosniak and
Serb news teams, while Bosnian Croat reporters had been absent.
