MOSTAR, May 19 (Hina) - Major-General Mijo Jelic Zlatan, commander of the First Croat Guard Corps of the Bosnian Federation Army and OSCE Mission chief to B-H, General Bjorn Karlsson on Wednesday met in Mostar to discuss the security
situation in B-H. General Karlsson announced a conference on the conduct of military forces in B-H, to be held in Mostar next autumn. The conference will include 24 officers from all three military components within B-H; the Croat, Bosnian Muslim and Serb elements. Also in November, an international peace seminar is to be held which will involve numerous international representatives. Karlsson stated that the OSCE supported initiatives to decrease the military budget in both Bosnian entities - the Serb entity and Croat-Muslim entity. Karlsson stated that the OSCE supported initiatives to decrease the

Karlsson further stated that he expected the Bosnian Muslim member
of the Bosnian presidency, Alija Izetbegovic to announce the
sources of financial assistance to the Muslim military component.
He expressed hope that the Croat member of the presidency, Ante
Jelavic would reveal the sources of financial aid to the Croat
component and that Serb member and president of the presidency,
Zivko Radisic should disclose who is assisting military forces in
Republika Srpska.
"It is very important to make these revelations prior to the
forthcoming donors conference on B-H", Karlsson said.
