He told reporters that the donors' conference would be held in
Brussels on 20 and 21 May, in line with a decision of the executive

The real approval of the planned assistance will depend on the
fulfilment of already known conditions as well as on conditions
which may be subsequently set in accordance with the developments,
Haselock explained.
To earmark money will directly depend on the return of refugees and
the continuation of the economic reforms including privatisation,
changes in the macroeconomic field and the re-organisation of
police and judiciary, he said.
Westendorp's deputy announced a significant international
assistance to the Republic of Srpska which is believed to be
suffering serious consequences due to the current crisis in
Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro).
The Peace Implementation Council executive committee also
confirmed the help to be given to the Bosnia Serb entity's budget.
Measures anticipate a speedy exchange of the inflation-prone
Yugoslav dinar with the convertible mark in money transfers as well
as the promotion of trade ties between the two Bosnian entities.
