ZAGREB, Jan 29 (Hina) - Croatian parliament president Zlatko Tomcic on Wednesday received Rumanian Premier Adrian Nastase who was on a one-day official visit to Croatia, Tomcic's office reported.

on Wednesday received Rumanian Premier Adrian Nastase who was on a
one-day official visit to Croatia, Tomcic's office reported. #L#
Tomcic and Nastase spoke amongst else, about the role of parliament
in harmonising local legislature with that of the EU standards. It
was proposed that stronger co-operation between parliamentary
committees concerned with European issues in both countries be
enhanced as well as the strengthening of economic co-operation.
