Seks said in a written statement that Croatia would continue to protect, with determination and in cooperation with all democratic countries, the values of the civilised world against terrorism and crime.
"The explosion at the British Embassy in downtown Zagreb that occurred this morning and the wounding of an innocent member of the embassy staff is yet another proof that terrorist criminals have again mounted their bloody campaign," Seks said, adding that the terrorist attack in the centre of Zagreb was a very clear warning showing that terrorist criminals choose neither the place nor the time to achieve their monstrous goals.
"This crime confirms that terrorism is the biggest global threat and that it poses a danger to humanity, civilised world, peace and democracy today. I expect competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia to carry out a fast and efficient investigation, identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice," Seks said.
