ZAGREB, Dec 21 (Hina) - The National Electoral Commission on Tuesday decided that the "Voice '99" association has no right onany kind of electoral promotion, because, in line with the electoral law, only political parties and
candidates running for the elections could be promoted. The electoral law regulates that only those non-government associations registred in Croatia which received the approval of the Commission can monitor elections. "Voice '99" is not registered as a non-government institution, and did not ask for the permission of the Electoral Commission to monitor the elections, said president of the Electoral Commission Marijan Ramuscak.
