MOSTAR, Oct 12 (Hina) - A leader of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ BiH), Vladimir Soljic, on Tuesday called on Croats, Bosnian citizens, to enrol in lists of eligible voters for municipal elections, scheduled for
next April. Soljic reiterated that the deadline for the application is 30 November for those who live in Bosnia, while possible voters abroad should apply themselves by 19 November, 1999. Bosnia's citizens outside the country can send their applications to the OSCE election headquarters in Vienna by mail or to the OSCE co-ordination centre in Sarajevo by fax. The OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) mission in Bosnia has announced that to date only one third of eligible Croat voters have confirmed that they may cast their ballots in local elections next spring.(hina) ms
