for the OSCE mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Tanya Domi. According to Domi, there are 12 newly-established parties among those which applied for the local elections in April 2000. The mission of the OSCE (the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) will establish whether the application of new parties meet all criteria which other parties that already appeared at elections, fulfilled. Domi warned that in the run-up to elections the OSCE mission would attentively observe acts of all registered parties.
