NEW DECREE PASSED ON PRIVATISATION IN BOSNIAN FEDERATION

SARAJEVO, Sept 14 (Hina) - The government of Bosnia's Croat-Muslim federation on Tuesday passed a decree which enables participation in privatisation to persons who are not Bosnian citizens and who prior to the Bosnian conflict had foreign saving deposits in a business bank on Bosnian territory. According to local media, the decree grants foreign citizens the right to certificates which are an equal means of payment in all privatisation transactions in the federation. The federation government also passed a decision on the introduction of uniform insignia for policemen in this Bosnian entity. Instead of the former multicolour, i.e. canton insignia, their caps will bear a badge with the federation's coat-of-arms.
