ZAGREB, Sept 2 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Thursday relieved Croatian Administration for Roads manager Aleksandar Caklovic and appointed Mario Crnjak to that duty, a government statement said, but brought no explanations for
the replacement. At the closed part of today's session, the government also adopted a set of rules for the final bidding procedure for the privatisation of Croatian Telecommunications. Relative to a State Attorney query, the government adopted the position that initiated court proceedings should be continued in cases in which legal entities of the Catholic Church seek the return of property seized during the Communist rule. New demands will be settled on the basis of an agreement on economic issues between Croatia and the Holy See. The government today also okayed the opening in Zagreb of an Australian embassy and honorary consulate of Sudan.(hina) ha jn
