concerning the Hague-based international war crimes tribunal (ICTY), and organise a referendum to determine future forms of cooperation with the tribunal, notes a statement read on Tuesday by retired General Kresimir Cosic.

The society believes that the Homeland War was waged honourably,
and does not accept statements from indictments against Croatian
generals about the planning of ethnic cleansing and the collective
responsibility of the Croatian people for the irresponsible acts of
some individuals, the statement reads.
