In its conclusions referring to the western Balkans, the Council of
Ministers once again reiterated its stance from last month that it
gave great significance to co-operation with the ICTY and expressed
its disappointment and growing concern over the insufficient co-
operation between the tribunal and Yugoslavia, Bosnia and in some
recent cases, Croatia too.
The ministers repeated their warning to countries in the region
that the lack of full co-operation with the ICTY could seriously
threaten their bids to enter the EU.
