The government, employers and unions made the decision after almost
five hours of talks in Zagreb.
Vice-Premier Goran Granic did not specify when the government could
pass measures to have Croatia's economy more competitive.
He said the government had set no deadlines for the adoption of
changes to the Labour Act whose most contentious issues are the
decrease in redundancy pay and decrease in notifications of
dismissal.
