BELGRADE AGREEMENT RESUMES BELGRADE, April 18 (Hina) - A Yugoslav parliament session, at which an agreement on the reorganisation of relations between Serbia and Montenegro should have been adopted, on Thursday resumed indefinitely,
at a request by the Socialist People's Party of Montenegro (SNP), which is a coalition partner to the DOS. SNP president Predrag Bulatovic said his party accepts the agreement on the reorganisation of relations between Serbia and Montenegro, but that it also demands guarantees that a constitutional charter would also be adopted and announced in the Yugoslav parliament. The SNP also demands guarantees that the ruling coalition, led by Milo Djukanovic, in Montenegro "would not use the agreement to start a process of creating an independent state of Montenegro."(hina) it
