BELGRADE, April 18 (Hina) - Yugoslav Interior Minister Zoran Zivkovic said on Thursday that all persons indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), who are on the Yugoslav territory, would be
arrested within three days, the deadline set by the government, unless they surrender. Yugoslav authorities do not have information that foreign citizens indicted by the ICTY, were in Yugoslavia, "even though the tribunal has assessed that they are in Yugoslavia." Zivkovic reiterated that Serbian President Milan Milutinovic " will face the same fate as other indictees", but also "a special status as the elected president of Serbia, regardless of people's opinion about him personally." "I believe the Hague-based tribunal also has understanding for Milutinovic," Zivkovic said and added that his case should be postponed until new presidential elections.(hina) it sb
