BELGRADE ARCHIVES BELGRADE, Dec 26 (Hina) - The Historical Archives of Belgrade on Thursday took over more than 22,000 documents from the Security and Information Agency (BIA) , including files of the secret police from the Second
World War to 1960s.
BELGRADE, Dec 26 (Hina) - The Historical Archives of Belgrade on
Thursday took over more than 22,000 documents from the Security and
Information Agency (BIA) , including files of the secret police from
the Second World War to 1960s.#L#
According to a press release issued by the Archives yesterday, among
the documents this institution received there are files from the
administration of the City of Belgrade and its special police
department during the rule of the Milan Nedic government (pro-Fascist
government) , GESTAPO , and two Yugoslav communist services, OZNA and
UDBA.
The Archives will continue to take over other documents of the secret
police from the said period.
