PRISTINA, Dec 11 (Hina) - The U.N. civil administrator in Kosovo,

The decision is not within the jurisdiction of the Kosovo
parliament and cannot be applied, Holkeri said in a statement.
The request to put 53 Serbian laws out of force came from Kosovo's
government, which assessed that those acts blocked privatisation
in Kosovo.
The request was endorsed by all parliamentary clubs of deputies,
with the exception of the Serb coalition Return.
