accessing the European Union as a candidate, the unification of the
system of chambers, and practical experience in the European system
of commerce chambers, as well as a study of the Italian model of
assisting small businesses. There was also talk of commerce
chambers taking part in developing small businesses, increasing
the number of contacts and stronger connections between domestic
and Italian businessmen, and the possibility of Italian small
businesses investing in Croatia.
