ZAGREB, April 2 (Hina) - In the first two months of 2003, Croatia's electrical equipment producer "Koncar" realised sales totalling 224.6 million kuna (EUR29.16 million), an increase of 13.3% compared to the same period last year, the
concern stated. These figures do not include trade between companies that are members of the concern.

224.6 million kuna (EUR29.16 million), an increase of 13.3%

Domestic sales totalled 131.4 million kuna (EUR17.06 million), an
increase of 17.7% compared to the same period last year. Foreign
markets accounted for 93.2 million kuna or 42% of all sales.
Exports in the said period rose by 7.5% compared to last year's
first two months.
Trade between companies which are part of the concern totalled 66.6
million kuna, an increase of 57.3%.
Koncar's main foreign trade partner in the said period was France,
which accounted for 14.3 million kuna of all sales. France was
followed by Bosnia-Herzegovina (12.5 million kuna) and Germany
(11.4 million kuna).
