MOSTAR, March 24 (Hina) - The Association of Displaced Persons, Refugees and Immigrated Croats from Bosnia-Herzegovina on Monday at their Fifth Convention in Mostar set their main task for the next four years, namely to advocate the
return of Croats to Republika Srpska, Bosanska Posavina and Konjic, and warned about their constant immigration out of the country.
MOSTAR, March 24 (Hina) - The Association of Displaced Persons,
Refugees and Immigrated Croats from Bosnia-Herzegovina on Monday
at their Fifth Convention in Mostar set their main task for the next
four years, namely to advocate the return of Croats to Republika
Srpska, Bosanska Posavina and Konjic, and warned about their
constant immigration out of the country. #L#
According to the 1991 census, there were almost 800,000 Croats in
Bosnia while according to the latest Church data there are
currently around 450,000 Croats in the country.
The Association of Displaced Persons, Refugees and Immigrated
Croats from Bosnia further demanded that all institutions of
authority in the country at all levels, remove administrative
barriers against refugee returns to their pre-war homes.
