The main hearing began yesterday.
Doctor Ljubovic said that psychiatrists had established that "any
forms of permanent or temporary mental illnesses or disorders are
ruled out as regards Topalovic".
The doctor added that besides high intellectual potentials,
Topalovic also showed "tendencies towards revenge" from time to
time.
An expert, Hamza Zujo, confirmed that Topalovic shot from firearms
at his three victims at close range, and that the wounded Marinko
Adjelic, who is currently being treated at a Zagreb hospital,
sustained life-threatening injuries that would leave permanent
consequences on his health.
Two members of the Adjelic family who survived the massacre also
took the witness stand today at the trial at the Mostar cantonal
court.
