The Mostar Canton Court acquitted the four in 2001, but the Supreme
Court of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina ordered a re-trial at
the request of the cantonal prosecution.
The trial of the four before a local court was granted by the U.N.
war crimes tribunal several years ago.
Judge Munevera Rahimic, who in 1996 conducted investigation
proceedings against the indictees, took the stand today.
