ZAGREB, March 12 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament on Thursday will

motion to withdraw from the agreement on the Krsko Nuclear Power
Plant, namely to proclaim the agreement invalid, parliament
president Zlatko Tomcic said Wednesday. #L#
"I will receive the original of the Slovene notification letter and
the translation of the document sometime today, therefore I suggest
that the issue be discussed tomorrow morning and not today," Tomcic
said at the start of today's parliament sitting.
This was agreed with the Foreign Ministry, the parliament head
added.
The HSLS, which has proposed to parliament to proclaim the
Croatian-Slovene Agreement on the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant
invalid, claims that the ratification of the agreement "is the
worst government move".
All parties of the opposition last week supported the HSLS
assessment and said parliament should act in accordance with the
HSLS proposal and annul the ratified agreement.
The ruling coalition parties expressed disagreement and said they
would deny its support to the HSLS motion.
Parliament this morning supported the government's project on the
justice reform by a majority vote.
