Vidouris described Croatia's application for full EU membership as
an important chapter in Croatia's foreign policy. He added Greece
closely followed Croatia as a country setting a positive example in
the region regarding integration processes, the parliament's
public relations office reported.
Vidouris also pointed to the need of meeting the necessary
commitments and warned that the cases of generals Gotovina and
Bobetko could negatively affect the process of Croatia's drawing
closer to the EU.
