KARLOVAC, Nov 11 (Hina) - Karlovac police have pressed charges againsta 38-year old Karlovac resident and took him before an investigatingjudge in the Karlovac County Court on suspicion of having smuggledforeign citizens across the
Croatian border.

against a 38-year old Karlovac resident and took him before an investigating
judge in the Karlovac County Court on suspicion of having smuggled foreign
citizens across the Croatian border.The Petty Offence Court in Karlovac fined seven Albanian citizen and one
from Serbia and Montenegro and they will be returned to Bosnia from where they
illegally entered Croatia, Karlovac police said in a statement on
Thursday.
On November 9, police caught the man from Karlovac in an attempt to
transfer seven foreigners over the Bosnia-Croatian border crossing.
The foreigners are currently placed in the Reception Centre for
Foreigners in Jezevo, outside Zagreb.
