Mesic thanked Kosmo on Norway's financial assistance in numerous projects aimed at the reconstruction of war-struck areas, economic reforms and the development of civil society, as well as projects significant for regional association, the statement said.
Both Mesic and the Norwegian official highlighted the two countries' good relations but stressed the need for intensifying economic cooperation. Kosmo said Norway was interested in investing in Croatia's tourist sector, the statement said.
He also praised Croatia's progress and efforts it was investing in the stabilisation of the region and added his country would continue to support Croatia on its path to Atlantic associations.
