Nohuo, visited the Croatianparliament on Monday and held talks with the head of the Sabor'sCroatian-Japanese friendship group, Tonci Tadic.
ZAGREB, Sept 6 (Hina) - A deputy in the Japanese Parliament's lower
house and head of the parliamentary Japanese-Croatian friendship group,
Shozaburo Nakamura, and a deputy in the upper house and secretary-general of
the group, Chieko Nohuo, visited the Croatian parliament on Monday and held
talks with the head of the Sabor's Croatian-Japanese friendship group, Tonci
Tadic.Tadic said Croatia and Japan were maritime countries and that Japan's
experience in fisheries and coast guard service were very valuable to Croatia,
the Sabor's public relations office said in a statement.
The friendship group, founded in 1995, is aimed at establishing closer
relations between Croatia and Japan, Nakumara said and added that he would
advocate the introduction of flights connecting the two countries.
