SARAJEVO, Sept 3 (Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina Security Minister Barisa Colak has resolutely dismissed claims by Russia's news agency RIA that a message from Al-Qaida's leader Osama Bin Laden in which he called for terrorist attacks against Russia was allegedly discovered in Bosnia.

"There is not a single piece of information or data to support such claims," Colak was cited by Bosnia's Radio 1 as saying on Friday.

The security minister said that such unfounded claims aimed at presenting Bosnia as a terrorist stronghold had been appearing in the past, but they had all been proven untrue He called for cautious reactions on such rumors.

RIA released a commentary by analyst Vladimir Simov on Thursday who said that the alleged message from Bin Laden discovered in Bosnia read: "It is time to attack Russia".

Simov brought into connection the discovery of the alleged message with operations launched by the US security troops who were searching for the sources of financing of Chechnya's organisation active in Chicago. He said that the investigation resulted in the shutting down of a humanitarian organisation called "Benevolence", suspected of wiring US$300,000 to rebels in Chechnya.

A branch of this organisation was also active in Bosnia , where RIA claims the message was found.
