Biscevic expressed his ministry's view that the latest attacks were part of "internationally linked terrorism aimed at undermining the government system, political and social stability and integrity of the Russian Federation. The radicalisation of terrorism, including attacks on young children, gives a particular cause for concern," a Foreign Ministry statement said.
Biscevic asked Krasavin to convey Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader's sympathies and support to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov.
