"Our experts will examine the ICJ ruling in the case of Bosnia's genocide lawsuit against Serbia. Only then we shall voice our position. In the meantime there will be no negotiations with Serbia considering the withdrawing of the lawsuit," Sanader said.
He also said that media commotion concerning Montenegro's legitimate inquiry if Croatia was ready to cede its translated documents of the EU acquis communautaire was unnecessary.
"Nothing has been agreed. We heard and we made a note of the wish of Montenegro's authorities and personally I am inclined towards that idea, but we do have outstanding issues with Montenegro that still need to be resolved and we will look into that request as part of the two countries' overall relations. Europeisation of this region is in our interest," Sanader said adding that Croatia won't be wasting money in any case.
Asked if Croatia's support to the Martti Ahtisaari's plan for Kosovo could deteriorate Croatia-Serbia's relations, Sanader answered in the negative.
"The EU does not stand a chance if the common foreign and security policy is not respected. Croatia, as a future EU member, believes that Ahtisaari is doing an extremely complex job, probably the most difficult one in the international policy and we have done what other European countries did. Some are possibly not satisfied with (Croatia's backing Ahtisaari's plan) but this is the only constructive approach that will be respected both in Serbia and in Kosovo," Sanader said.
