Croatia and the OSCE have shown a good example of cooperation to the countries in the eastern neighbourhood, said Sanader.
Croatia is an active OSCE member, all OSCE countries cooperate with Croatia and progress has been achieved in many areas of cooperation, said de Brichambaut.
Sanader said he had suggested that Croatia should become even more engaged in OSCE's work because it had experience, had gone through a war, was building relations with neighbours and wanted to close outstanding issues from the war -- refugee return and judicial reform.
Sanader said today's talks had also addressed all current issues of the OSCE Mission's work in Croatia. On the government's behalf, he thanked the Mission for its performance and the joint achievements since the Mission came to Croatia in the mid-1990s.
Sanader said he had accepted an invitation to address the OSCE Council in Vienna in June.
De Brichambaut said he was proud to be in Croatia at a time when it was the regional leader, and commended the prime minister and his cabinet on the organisation of today's summit in Zagreb of foreign ministers of South East European Cooperation Process countries.
