Volume was estimated at only 5,000 lots, with most activity taking place late in the day. The spot March contract ended 0.30 higher at 74.95 cents, traded 75.29 to 74.64. The back months settled 0.67 to 0.08 firmer. Traders said prices should remained confined to the recent trading range amid a dearth of fundamental news.
