Ljubic explained that most of about 200,000 Moslems exiled from the
Serb entity had been accommodated in mainly two cantons in the Bosnian
Federation, the Central Bosnian Canton and Herzegovina canton. This
significantly changed the pre-war ethnic composition of these areas, Ljubic
said.
The issue of the return of refugees had to be solved in the whole of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ljubic stressed, adding that the principle of reciprocal
return pleased Croats the least because they were in minority in Bosnia.
