ZAGREB, Jan 9 (Hina) - A International Monetary Fund mission led by
an IMF Department for Europe official, Eric Clinton, would visit
Croatia from 9 to 20 January, a statement from the Croatian
National Bank Governor's Office said on Monday.
The IMF mission and the Croatian government and National Bank
experts are to discuss the implementation of the economic policy in
the last three months in 1994 as well as economic measures to be
undertaken in 1995.
The discussions with the IMF mission is part of regular
consultations within the stand-by arrangement, i.e. the loan for
the economic system transformation, signed at the beginning of the
October last year, the statement said.
