Croats and Moslems in Mostar agreed on modalities and
conditions of voting which would enable refugees from Mostar to
take part in the elections as well, Steiner told reporters after a
meeting with U.S. Assistant State Secretary, John Kornblum.
Steiner did not specify the contents of the agreement, nor how
the voting of persons who lived in Mostar in 1991 would be
organized, but he pointed out that the agreement provided
conditions for the elections with a certain delay.
The details of the agreement would be stated by European
Administrator for Mostar, Ricardo Perez Casado, who must also set
the date of the new elections, Steiner concluded.
