After talks with municipal authorities, Ganic said that he was
interested in the situation in Stolac and Capljina, the possibility
for the return of refugees and the freedom of movement in the area.
Croatian representatives said that the conditions for the
return of refugees should be set gradually and that this issue
should be solved on the level of the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina and not separately.
The Bosniac representatives said that they did not accept a
pilot-programme for the return of displaced persons to the Capljina
region, because the programme did not provide for their security.
