SARAJEVO, Feb 16 (Hina) - Croatian Vice Premier and Foreign
Minister Mate Granic arrived in Sarajevo around 9 am Friday. Granic
was welcomed by the Bosnian Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic and
Croatian Embassy officials in Sarajevo.
After the talks in the Bosnian Foreign Ministry are over, the
Croatian Foreign Minister will meet Bosnian President Alija
Izetbegovic.
Granic is also to attend a meeting between the President and
the Vice President of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Kresimir Zubak and Ejup Ganic respectively and Mostar Mayors Safet
Orucevic and Mijo Brajkovic. It is expected that the EU
Administrator of Mostar, Hans Koschnik, will join the meeting as
well.
The purpose of Granic's visit to Sarajevo is to help overcome
difficulties which resulted from the decision of EU Administrator
of Mostar Hans Koschnik on the organisation of the city as well as
to discuss the functioning of the Federation as a whole and Croat-
Bosniac relations.
