ZAGREB, Feb 10 (Hina) - The U.S. President Bill Clinton last Friday
sent a letter to the Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, expressing
his gratitude for President Tudjman's letter of condolences on the
death of the passengers and crew of the American Airlines plane
that crashed in the Colombian Andes.
Here is the full text of the letter:
'Dear Mr President:
Please accept my gratitude for your expression of sympathy
on the tragic deaths of the passengers and crew-members of the
American Airlines plane that crashed in the Colombian Andes. It is
indeed a terrible loss.
Again, thank you for your condolences.
