SARAJEVO, Feb 7 (Hina) - General William Carter of the NATO headquarters in Bosnia-Herzegovina Wednesday called the Bosnian government and Serb side to refrain and thus prevent that the apprehension of Bosnian Serb high officers
jeopardize the course of implementing the Dayton Peace Accord. He particularly warned that there was a greater danger of Serbs retaliating and trying to detain people who were arriving from the government-held land.

Gen. Carter confirmed that representatives of the War Crimes

brought up by the Bosnian Government.
International police troops were given permission to visit the
apprehended Serb officers, which is in concordance with their
mandate, said a U.N. speaker Alexander Ivanko.
