Nations in Geneva, Neven Madey, are taking part in a two-day session of OSCE member- countries and international economic and financial institutions, which started in the International Congress Center in Geneva today.

Madey, are taking part in a two-day session of OSCE member-
countries and international economic and financial institutions,
which started in the International Congress Center in Geneva today.

Today's session stressed that the West had provided
insufficient assistance to the countries of Eastern and Central
Europe as well as to the countries which emerged at the
international political scene after the former Soviet Union fell
apart in the process of changing their economies to market
economies and joining political, economic and security
organisations.
