Frowick declined to comment on statements saying that the time
limit for the elections in Bosnia-Herzegovina to be held was
unrealistic, but he recalled that the international community was
ready to help carry out the elections.
The head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia stressed that the
signatories to the Dayton peace deal should show that they were
ready to carry out the elections until the end of September, as
planned.
In the coming period, OSCE representatives would agree with
UNHCR on measures aimed at accelerating the process of the return
of refugees. One should also pay great attention to the attitude of
media towards political parties in order to ensure that all
candidates in the election campaign are equal, Frowick said.
