In an account of their decision, the Commission said that the
exercise of the right to vote of Croatian citizens abroad was being
ensured exclusively under the organisation of diplomatic missions and
consular offices, with the compliance of the foreign country and in
locations it approved.
Polling stations in premises not in Croatian embassies and
consulates abroad were being considered as areas of the diplomatic-
consular offices, the Commission said.
