SARAJEVO SARAJEVO, Sept 8 (Hina) - Representatives of armed forces of Republika Srpska boycotted a meeting of the Standing Committee for military issues of Bosnia-Herzegovina which was scheduled to take place in Sarajevo Wednesday.

SFOR command, the Office of the High Representative to Bosnia-
Herzegovina (OHR) and the Organisation for Security and
Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission issued a joint statement
expressing surprise and disappointment with the acts of the
military officials.
