ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - Serb representatives at the Croatian National Sabor, Veselin Pejnovic and Milan Djukic, believe the election bill submitted yesterday into parliamentary procedure by the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) was
restricting the acquired rights of Serbs living in Croatia and Croatian Serbs living in other countries. In a statement issued today, Pejnovic and Djukic claimed the bill would enable the political discrimination of Serbs and called on Croatian Serbs to boycott the upcoming elections. The two MPs expressed hope that the proposed regulation on parliamentary representation of Serbs would be harmonised with the achieved level of acquired rights and rights secured by Croatian and international laws.(hina) jn rml
