VINKOVCI VINKOVCI, Aug 26 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Parliamentary President Vladimir Seks and Deputy Chief-of-Staff at the President's Office Vesna Skare Ozbolt on Wednesday evening in Vinkovci spoke with Vukovar-Srijem county prefect Rudolf Koenig. The talks focused mostly on the difficult economic and political circumstances in that section of Croatia. Following several hours of discussion behind closed doors, Prefect Koenig spoke to journalists stating that an agreement had been reached regarding the urgent resolution of economic difficulties in the county, particularly with regard to circumstances surrounding the Zupanjska banka. Seks said that the government was currently involved with trying to "revive" the bank and companies connected to it. Speaking about political circumstances in the Croatian Danube region, Skare Ozbolt invited local Serbs to assist in locating grave sites of the victims of the Serb aggression.
