HR-tudjman BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO. 3360 HINA ZAGREB, AUGUST 19 CRO PRESIDENT RECEIVES DEFENCE & INTERIOR MINISTRY DELEGATIONS ZAGREB, Aug 19 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Thursday received delegations of the ministries of defence and the interior, who informed him about the marking of Homeland Gratitude Day, and the recently closed Second Military World Games. According to a statement from the President's Office, the delegations informed the President that Homeland Gratitude Day, August 5, was celebrated in a dignified fashion and with no incidents. There were no incidents during the Second Military World Games in Zagreb either, the delegations said, pointing out all 6,500 participants commended the hosts' organisation of the event and hospitality. This, the statement said, will have positive repercussions in the 78 countries from which participants came and wider.
