ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), in cooperation with a few other American relief agencies, will sign two partnership agreements with local authorities in the Croatian municipality
of Dvor Na Uni (some 70 kilometres south of Zagreb) on December 15, the US Embassy in Zagreb reported on Thursday. "This signing ceremony signals the US Government's new investment in support of the return of displaced persons and refugees to Dvor and economic and social revitalisation of the entire area," read the statement issued by the Embassy. The help which will be offered to this town is a part of the American assistance to Croatia, worth $15 million, that should be earmarked for a return project under the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe.
